The Client Portal saves you valuable time by providing clients with a secure and user-friendly platform, where they can:
- Schedule appointments: Allow clients to book appointments online, reducing back-and-forth communication
- Track payments: Increase transparency and enhance the client experience by providing real-time access to payment history and invoices
- Access documents: Simplify sharing essential documents like contracts, agreements, or project updates in a centralized and organized location
Using Your Test Client
To access your demo account:
- Open the platform.
- Click Clients.
- Click (You as a client).
To view your client portal as a client:
- Open the platform.
- Click Client Portal.
- Click View as Demo Client.

See outstanding payments under "Total due", and new documents under "Shared documents".
From here you can access all bookings, payments and documents. The action buttons offer clients the same options that you set through your Client Portal editor.

Your Client Portal URL
To copy your client portal URL:
- Open the platform.
- Click Client Portal. It is located under "Your Client Portal URL״.
- Click Copy.
To edit the URL ending:
- Open the platform.
- Click Client Portal.
- Click
.
- Beside the URL, click
again.
- Enter the URL ending.
- Click Done
