Direct Links, Action Buttons & Widgets

Widgets and links help turn your website visitors into leads, bookings, or customers by guiding them smoothly through the conversion process.

Create a Direct Link

You can use our direct links for everything from creating a scheduling button on your website to a contact link for your email signature. 

To create a direct link:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Client Portal.
  3. Next to "Create Direct Links", click Create.
  4. Select the relevant action from the list or a client portal action.
  5. Click Get Link.
  6. Click Grab Link to copy the link.
  7. Click Close.

Tip: Service-specific scheduling links are a great addition to corresponding buttons to your website! Try including one on your service description pages.

Customize Action Buttons

You can also customize links and buttons to make your website, social media, and emails pop.

To customize action buttons:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Online Presence.
  3. Click Website Widgets.
  4. Under "Links & Buttons", click Customize Your Actions.
  5. Follow the prompts on the screen.

Web Widgets

There are a variety of widgets to choose from, including scheduling calendars and contact forms. You can add any of them to your website by copying the platform-independent HTML code to your website. 

There are four types of widgets:

  • Pop-up: Pops up at the bottom of your website when clients are scroll. Clients can schedule a meeting or contact you from there. A returning client can also use the popup to log into their client portal and view their activity.
  • Contact Form: Embedded into your website. A client can book from there without navigating away from your website.
  • Scheduling Calendar: Embedded in your website. A client can book from there without navigating away from your website.
  • Sidebar: Compact combination of the scheduling calendar and contact form widgets. Clients can both schedule and message from there.

Add a Widget to Your Site

To add a widget to your site:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Online Presence.
  3. Click Web Widgets.
  4. Select a widget type, then click Add to Website.
  5. Select your website host.
  6. Follow the instructions to finish.

Edit a Widget

To edit a widget:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Online Presence.
  3. Click Web Widgets.
  4. Select a widget type.
  5. Click Edit/View.
  6. Click Done (to save to edit later) or Add to Website.
  7. Optional: If "Add to Website" selected, select your website host.
  8. Follow the instructions to finish.

Create a Payment Link

You can create a payment link to share or add to your website.

To create a payment link:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Client Portal.
  3. Next to Create Direct Links, click Create.
  4. Click Pay.
  5. Optional: Add a description and amount.
  6. Click Get Link.
  7. Click Grab Link to copy.
