Sync Your Calendar with Outlook
The first sync can take up to 24 hours and some calendar items might be temporarily unavailable. You can schedule the sync during non-working hours for your convenience.
To sync your calendar with Outlook:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click the settings icon

- Click Calendar Sync.
- Next to Outlook Calendar, click Connect.
- Follow the steps to connect.
- Optional: Import preferences.
- Click Next.
- Optional: Export preferences.
- Click Sync.
Create a New Calendar
If you create a new calendar instead of syncing with your main one, it may cause double bookings since events won’t show as “Busy” on your main calendar. You’ll also need to share the new calendar with others and on a Mac or iPhone, make sure it’s selected to view.
Important: You can only edit calendar items in the calendar where they were created.
Disconnect Outlook
When disconnecting Outlook, all events and appointments will be removed from the Outlook calendar. Before completing the process, you can decide to keep all existing events and appointments.
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click the settings icon

- Next to Outlook, click Disconnect.
- Click Disconnect again to confirm.
FAQ
Why do I have an event on Outlook that isn't syncing?
Check the event status in Outlook to be sure that the event is marked as "Busy". You can check the event status type by clicking the Event on your Outlook Calendar > Edit > More Options to View. Make sure to Save your changes.
Why did I stop receiving email notifications for calendar updates?
With 2-way sync now activated, we've taken steps to reduce your inbox clutter by turning off redundant email notifications. You can turn them back on in your email template settings.
Why can't I connect to my Outlook calendar?
Try logging out and then back into your Outlook account. Then close and reopen the platform. If you have an Outlook Business Account, try using that to log in.

Why can I only see parts of my platform calendar in my Outlook calendar?
Outlook calendar sync may take up to 24 hours. If you still can't see your calendar items, please contact support.
Why aren't updates I make on my calendar visible on my Outlook calendar?
Syncing can take up to 15 minutes to complete. After 15 minutes, try refreshing your browser. If you still can't see the updates, please contact support.
Why can't I see my Outlook calendar items on iCal?
If you've successfully synced your Outlook calendar and checked the box beside your business name on iCal, try clearing your browser's cache. You can find instructions in your browser's help menu.
