Add Business Info
Your business details and contact info will be shown to clients in emails, reminders, invoices, and during online interactions like bookings and payments.
To add your business info:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Business Info.
- Enter your business details.
- Click Save.
Note: If you have foreign clients, check the "My clients may have a different country code" box.
Add a Profile Picture
To add a profile picture:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Business Info.
- Under "Profile Picture & Cover", click the camera icon.
- Click Choose File.
- Select the picture.
- Click Upload.
- Click Save.
Important: You can upload JPG, PNG, or GIF files up to 4MB. For best results, make sure your image is at least 130×130 pixels.
Add a Cover
To add a color cover:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Business Info.
- Under "Profile Picture & Cover," click the edit icon

- Select Choose Color.
- Pick a color using the color picker.
- Click Save.
To add an image cover:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Business Info.
- Under "Profile Picture & Cover," click the edit icon
.
- Select Upload Image.
- Choose Select From Gallery or Upload Your Own Image.
- Choose or upload your image.
- Click Save.
Tip: The recommended image size is 2288×1498 for high resolution or 1373×899 for medium resolution.
Upload a Logo
Add your logo to personalize your emails and documents.
To upload a logo:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Business Info.
- Under "Logo & Brand Color," click Upload Image.
- Click Choose File.
- Select an image.
- Click Upload.
Set a Brand Color
Choose a brand color to match your style that will appear on emails, documents, your client portal, and web widgets.
To set a brand color:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Business Info.
- Under "Logo & Brand Color", click the color circle.
- Pick a color using the color picker or enter a RGB.
- Click Save.
