How do I export my booking data?

Keeping good records is essential. Whether you want all your appointments or just a specific timeframe, we'll show you how to get the information you need in a format that's easy to use.

Exporting Appointment & Event Data

To export your booking data:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. At the top of the screen, click More Actions.
  4. Click Export Booking Data.
  5. Select the Date Range you want to export data from.
  6. Under "Columns", click All or Custom.
  7. Under "Columns", select All or Custom to apply filters.
  • If "Custom" selected: Click the relevant filter, then click anywhere outside of the box. Repeat to add additional filters.
  1. Under "Rows", select All or Filtered to filter staff and services from the dropdown menu.
  2. Under "Format", select CSV or Excel.
  3. Click Download

You can now find your exported data in the "Downloads" folder of your browser.

Note: Exported data does not include expired or canceled appointments and events.
