Keeping good records is essential. Whether you want all your appointments or just a specific timeframe, we'll show you how to get the information you need in a format that's easy to use.
Exporting Appointment & Event Data
To export your booking data:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- At the top of the screen, click More Actions.
- Click Export Booking Data.
- Select the Date Range you want to export data from.
- Under "Columns", click All or Custom.
- Under "Columns", select All or Custom to apply filters.
- If "Custom" selected: Click the relevant filter, then click anywhere outside of the box. Repeat to add additional filters.
- Under "Rows", select All or Filtered to filter staff and services from the dropdown menu.
- Under "Format", select CSV or Excel.
- Click Download.
You can now find your exported data in the "Downloads" folder of your browser.
Note: Exported data does not include expired or canceled appointments and events.
