A package is a convenient bundle of products and services clients can purchase and apply toward future bookings. You can also offer special discounted rates to encourage larger purchases.
Creating Packages
To create packages:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Packages and Coupons.
- Click New Package.
- Customize your package. (Name, description, expiry etc.)
- Optional: Check "Display the Package on Your Online Menu" to provide the option to purchase from your service menu.
- Select the service(s).
- Enter the service name and number of sessions.
- Optional: Click the toggle button
to add products to your packages.
- Set your package price.
- At the top of the page, click Save.
Promoting Packages
Promote your packages on your online scheduler to attract business.
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Booking Options.
- Click Online Booking.
- Under "Display Options", select your display options.
- Enter your service menu title.
The client will be able to use their package the next time they book online.
Book Using a Package
Once your client has purchased a package, you can use that package to pay for a service when setting appointment with that client.
To apply a package to a booking:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click New.
- Click Appointment.
- Click the relevant client.
- Select the appointment details.
- Check "Pay with available package credits once appointment is complete."
- Click Schedule Appointment.
Tracking Package Use
To track package purchases:
- Open the platform.
- Click Payments.
- Click Billing and Invoicing
- Under "Filter Billing & Invoicing", under "Type", click the caret icon
, then select Packages.
You can also apply any other available filter to narrow down the results.
The Client Experience
On the Client Portal, clients can purchase and redeem their packages or view their package credits.
To view as a client:
- Open the platform.
- Click Client Portal.
- Click View as Demo Client.
Purchasing and Managing Packages
Clients purchase packages by clicking Purchase Package on your business page, or from a direct link you sent. See related articles to learn more about sending direct links.
Clicking Package Credits or Packages will show clients their active packages and remaining credits. They'll also be able to view previous packages and purchase them again.
Booking with Packages
Clients can book credited packages anytime through the client portal.
To book through the client portal:
- Go the Client Portal.
- Click the package credits hyperlink.
- On a service, click Schedule.
- Select a date and time.
- Click Continue.
- Enter contact details.
- Click Confirm Booking.
From the platform
SMBs can also include a booking link in the email when sending a package, making it simple for clients to schedule their sessions.
To send a booking link:
- Open the platform.
- Click Clients.
- Select a client.
- Click New.
- Select Package.
- Choose a package from the list.
- Enter the valid dates.
- Enter a price.
- Click Add.
- Click Email Booking Link.
