Bundling Services: Creating and Promoting Packages

A package is a convenient bundle of products and services clients can purchase and apply toward future bookings. You can also offer special discounted rates to encourage larger purchases.

Create a Package

To create a package:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Packages & Coupons.
  4. Click New package.
  5. Enter the details of your package.
  6. Click Save.

Display or Promote a Package

Promote your packages on your online scheduler to attract business.

To display or promote a package:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Booking Options.
  4. Click Online Booking.
  5. Under "Display or promote packages",  select either Enable a link to my packages at the top of my online service menu or Enable a clickable banner at the top of my online service menu.
  6. Enter the text or description for the option.

Accept Package Credits as Payment

After your client buys a package, they can use their package credits to pay for services when booking their appointments.

To accept package credits as payment:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. Click New.
  4. Click Appointment.
  5. Select a client from the list.
  6. Select a service.
  7. Check the Pay with available package credits once appointment is complete box.
  8. Click Schedule appointment.

Track Package Purchases

To track package purchases :

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Sales.
  3. Click Billing & Invoicing.
  4. Under In "Filter Billing & Invoicing," click the caret icon under "Type" and select Packages. .

Book with Package Credits

Clients can conveniently book their credited packages anytime through the Client Portal.

To book with package credits:

  1. Go the Client Portal.
  2. Click the package credits hyperlink.
  3. Click Schedule on a service.
  4. Select a date and time.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter contact details.
  7. Click Confirm Booking.

Send Booking Link

You can include a booking link in your package emails to help clients schedule their sessions quickly.

To send a booking link:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Clients.
  3. Select a client.
  4. Click New.
  5. Select Package.
  6. Choose a package from the list.
  7. Enter the details of the package.
  8. Click Add.
  9. Click Email Booking Link.
Note: When clients have valid package credits, the client experience does not include the service price and payment flow.
