Creating & Sending Announcements

What are Announcements?

Announcements may look like campaigns but they work differently. Unlike automated campaigns, you choose when to send them, either right away or scheduled for later, so you can deliver the right message at the right time.

Create an Announcement

To create an announcement:

  1. Open the platform
  2. Click Marketing.
  3. Click Announcements.
  4. Click New announcement.
  5. Optional: Turn on Save my selection for next time.
  6. Select Classic Editor or Pro Editor.
  7. Choose a template.
  8. Edit the announcement as needed.
  9. Click Save.

Send an Announcement

To send an announcement:

  1. In the Announcements page, click Send on the announcement.
  2. Click Email or SMS.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Choose the client(s) to send it to.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Choose Send Now or Schedule for later.
  7. Click Send Now.

View Scheduled Deliveries

You can see all your scheduled announcements by heading to the Scheduled Deliveries tab.

To view scheduled deliveries:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Marketing.
  3. Click Announcements.
  4. Click Scheduled deliveries.
