Keep track of how your messages are doing with access to your delivery history and performance stats. Whether you're reviewing what was sent or measuring how it performed, everything you need is right here.
Delivery History
View all your automated campaigns and announcements in one place. You'll see everything you've sent, with the most recent at the top, and can filter by type, delivery method, or send date. Each entry shows the name, type, number of clients reached, status, and when it was sent.
To view delivery history:
- Open the platform.
- Click Marketing.
- Click Delivery History.
Delivery Statistics
The Statistics page gives you a clear view of how your automated campaigns and announcements are performing with detailed metrics.
To view statistics:
- Open the platform.
- Click Marketing.
- Next to the Campaign or Announcement, click the more options icon
.
- Click View Stats.
Quick Actions
Organize and manage your delivery list with simple tools to tag recipients, export your data, and filter by communication channel.
- Add Tags: Check or uncheck recipients to manage them in bulk. When at least one is selected, an "Add tags" option appears so you can tag selected clients.
- Export: Click the export icon to download your stats as a CSV or Excel file.
- Channel: Filter your delivery list by SMS or email to focus on a specific communication method.
Delivery Metrics
Your delivery stats are organized into the following categories to help you understand how your messages are performing.
Sent: Messages that have been successfully sent.
Delivered: Messages that reached the recipient.
Viewed: Recipients who opened the message.
Clicked: Recipients who clicked the call-to-action button.
Engaged: Recipients who interacted with your site after clicking.
Bounced: Messages that couldn’t be delivered.
Spam: Messages that were marked as spam by recipients or their email provider.
