Access Appointment & Events Lists

View and manage all your scheduled appointments and group events in one place. Use filters to quickly find what you need by date, type, or attendees.

To access appointments or events list:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. Click Appointment List or Event List.

Sort Appointments

To sort appointments:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. Click Appointment List or Event List.
  4. Under "All Filters" next to "Sort', click the caret icon .
  5. Click to sort the list in ascending (asc) or descending (desc) order.

Filter Appointments

To filter appointments:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. Click Appointment List or Event List.
  4. Click the filter icon

Clear Filters

To clear filters:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. Click Appointment List or Event List.
  4. Click Clear filters at the bottom of the screen.

Manage Appointment and Event Status

Whether you need to follow up or simply stay organized, you'll learn how to manage statuses directly from your lists.

  • Scheduled: Booking is confirmed.
  • Cancelled: Booking was canceled but still viewable in your Inbox.
  • Completed: Appointment is finished.
  • Pending Business Approval: Waiting for your business to approve.
  • No Show: Client missed the appointment and must be marked manually.
  • Pending Client Approval: Waiting for the client to approve.
  • Declined: Booking request was declined.
  • Request Expired: Request expired at the time of the appointment.
  • New Time Proposed: A new time was suggested and not yet accepted.
  • Pending Reschedule: You've requested a new time and are waiting for the client's response.
  • Tentative: Booking is not confirmed and no automated reminders or follow-ups sent. Shown with a dotted outline on your calendar.

Action Menu

The action menu will appear when you check the box next to a single appointment. To apply actions to all appointments at once, check the box at the top of the list.
