Using Caller ID

Turn on Caller ID

Caller ID helps you recognize who's calling by showing the names of your existing contacts. It’s a great way to keep business and personal calls separate and especially helpful when you're using a personal mobile device but still want to see which clients or contacts are reaching out.

To turn on Caller ID:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap Clients.
  3. In the Turn on Caller ID notification, click Turn on.
  4. Tap the toggle to turn on Caller ID.

FAQ

Does the Caller ID save contacts to my phone?

No, Caller ID does not save any contacts directly to your phone. All contact details stay within the app and everything is removed from your device if you uninstall it.

Why isn't Caller ID showing up?

If Caller ID isn’t working, make sure the app has permission to access Caller ID in your phone’s settings. Granting the correct permissions usually resolves the issue.

Why does Caller ID only recognize some contacts?

Caller ID can display up to 1,000 contacts. If you have more than that in your account, it may only show names for the most recent or active ones.
