Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Safari

Cookies allow websites to deliver personalized content by remembering your preferences. In Safari, the default settings restrict third-party cookies, but enabling them is necessary for parts of the platform to work correctly.

If you see the message “Looks Like Your Cookies are Disabled”, you can enable third-party cookies on Safari or switch to another web browser. Chrome is recommended for best results.

Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Macbook or Mac Desktop

To enable:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Next to 32px-Apple_Store_logo.svg.png (32×32), click the Safari Menu.
  3. Select Settings or Preferences. (macOS Monterey 12 or older)
  4. Click Privacy.
  5. Uncheck "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking".
  6. Return to the platform and refresh.

Enabling Third-Party Cookies on Mobile Web Browsers

  1. Open "Settings" on your iPhone.
  2. Click Safari.
  3. Under "Privacy & Security", click Prevent-Cross Site Tracking to turn off.
