Why can't I see my staff member's schedule on the calendar?

View Staff Calendars

To view staff calendars, you need admin access or permission. Staff can’t see each other’s calendars. Appointments are color-coded by staff for easy viewing.

To view staff calendars:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Calendar.
  3. Under Staff, select the staff member(s) or choose Show all.
