Set Up Reviews
To set up reviews:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Reviews.
- Select a platform.
- Enter the URL.
- Click Save.
Preview the Submission Flow
Use the Preview button in settings to see exactly how clients will experience the review flow before launch.
To preview the review process:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Reviews.
- Click Preview.
Requesting Reviews
Collecting client reviews is a two-step process: first, you create a message template, then you send it out to your clients as an announcement. Once you are finished, the review request will be saved under "Announcements."
To create a message template:
- Open the platform.
- Click Marketing.
- Click Announcements.
- Click New Announcement.
- Select Classic or Pro.
- Select the Your Opinion Matters! template.
- Customize the template.
- Click Save.
Now you're ready to send the review request to your clients and start collecting feedback.
To send the request:
- Click Send on the announcement.
- Choose Email or SMS and enter the details.
- Click Continue.
- Select the relevant client(s).
- Click Continue.
- Select Send Now or Schedule For Later.
- Optional: If “Schedule For Later” is selected, click the date and time icons to set them.
- Click Send Now or Schedule Now.
Viewing Ratings & Reviews
When a client submits a review, you’ll receive a notification in your Inbox.
To see the review:
- Open the platform.
- Click Clients.
- Click the relevant client.
- Under the "Conversation" tab, click the review.
If a client has submitted multiple ratings, the most recent rating is what will be shown. Earlier ratings can be viewed on the client card by clicking the Conversation tab.
Tip: To view a full list of all clients who have reviewed your business, apply the filter "Review Score" and apply it to your client list.
FAQ
Where do my client reviews show up?
Once submitted, reviews appear both on the platform you’ve connected, like Google or Facebook, and within your account, on the client’s profile and in the “Review Score” column on your Clients page.
What does the “Review Score” mean on the Clients page?
It’s a quick snapshot of how a client rated their experience shown as a star rating. It helps you see feedback at a glance without digging through each review.
Can I choose which reviews get published?
Yes. You can review each submission before sharing it publicly or turn on auto-publish if you’d rather have new reviews posted automatically.
Will I get notified when someone leaves a review?
While there isn’t a specific notification, you can find new reviews by checking the client’s Conversation tab or looking at the updated Review Score on your Clients page.
Can I edit or remove a review once it’s submitted?
Client reviews can’t be edited but you decide whether or not to publish them to your connected platforms.
Can I see what the review process looks like before going live?
Absolutely. Just click the Preview button in your settings to walk through the experience exactly how your clients will see it.
