Connect to PayPal

Integrating your account with PayPal opens up a world of convenient payment options for clients.

Connect to PayPal

Once you authorize the connection, you'll receive confirmation that your account is now connected to PayPal.

To connect to PayPal:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Select Payment Providers.
  5. Under PayPal Wallet, click Connect.
  6. Follow the steps to link your account.
  7. Once connected, click Save.
Important: To connect your PayPal account, you'll need a PayPal Business account. If you already have a personal account, you can upgrade it or create a new business account if you prefer.

Disconnect PayPal

Once you confirm the disconnection, you'll receive confirmation that your PayPal account has been successfully disconnected.

To disconnect from PayPal:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Select Payment Providers.
  5. Under PayPal Wallet, click Disconnect.
  6. Follow the steps to unlink your account.
  7. Once disconnected, click Save.

PayPal Refunds

If you refund through your business platform, it will only be recorded as refunded. To complete the refund, you must return the funds via your PayPal account. Otherwise, no currency will be exchanged.
