Using the Mobile App

Run your business on the go with our mobile app.  Take control wherever you are and manage your business seamlessly. Here's a glimpse of what you can do:

  • Schedule appointments in seconds: Create new bookings and manage your calendar with ease
  • Get paid instantly: Process payments securely and track your income
  • Stay connected with clients: Send quick messages and increase your efficiency

Note: Settings can only be adjusted from the desktop/web version.

Navigating the App

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. In the bottom corner, tap .
  3. Tap the relevant feature. (Inbox, Calendar, Clients, Payments, Marketing, Reports, Client Portal etc.)

You can also tap on the "Quick Actions" pictured below:

Navigating Your Calendar

Calendar Views

To change your calendar view:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap Calendar.
  3. At the top of the screen, tap .
  4. Select Day, 3 Days, Week, Month or Agenda.

To change the staff view:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap Calendar.
  3. At the top of the screen, tap .
  4. Under " View Staff Calendars", check the relevant staff member(s).

Next to 'Show Weekends" and "View Calendars Side by Side in Day View", you can change your Calendar View preferences by clicking .

Calendar Refresh

To refresh your calendar:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Calendar.
  3. At the top of the screen, tap .

Managing Your Calendar & Staff Calendars

To manage calendars:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap Calendar.
  3. At the top of the screen, tap .
  4. Next to your name or the relevant staff member, click  to:
  • Schedule
  • Copy public link
  • Set calendar settings (Business, general availability, content display)
  • Set color                       

Create a New Appointment, Group Event or Block Off Time

You can book the following on your calendar:

  • 1-on-1 Appointments: Meetings between you and a client
  • Group Events: Events led by your business with multiple clients, such as a class, a workshop, or a webinar
  • Blocked Time: Time block where appointments and group events cannot be scheduled

To create a new appointment, group event or to block off time:

  1. Open the app on your device
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap .
  3. Tap Appointment, Group Event or Block Off Time.
  4. Tap the relevant client.
  5. Enter the details.
  6. Tap Schedule Appointment, Create Event or Save.

Managing Clients

To add a new client:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap Clients.
  3. Tap .
  4. Enter the details.
  5. Tap Save.

To manage client relations:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap Clients.
  3. Tap the relevant client.

From here you can message clients, and manage bookings, payments, documents and contact info.

To filter clients:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Click Clients.
  3. At the top of the page, click .
  4. Select the relevant filter.

To invite via email, select all clients, import clients or enable caller ID:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Click Clients.
  3. At the top of the page, click
  4. Click the relevant action.
  5. Follow the prompts.

Managing Payments 

To manage payments:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap Sales.
  4. Click the relevant category.

You can choose to process payments, send invoices, send payment links and keep track of transactions.
