Enhance Your Emails with WiseStamp

Create stunning email signatures in seconds with WiseStamp. Add logos, social links, and call-to-action buttons to impress recipients and boost connections. You can also explore a collection of diverse templates for easy customization.

Note: WiseStamp is currently available for external emails (not sent via the platform). Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and other widely used email services are currently supported.

Getting Started with WiseStamp 

To purchase WiseStamp:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click App Market.
  3. Click WiseStamp Email Signature.
  1. Click Purchase App.
  2. Enter your payment details.
  3. Click Submit Purchase.

Customizing WiseStamp

The details for your WiseStamp signature are pulled automatically from your platform business details. 

To set up your details:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click App Market.
  3. Click WiseStamp.
  4. Click Open App. 
  5. Under "Personal Details", check what you want to include. 
  6. Optional: To add an image, Click Personal Image > Personal Image or Brand Image > Add and follow the prompts.
  7. Under "Call to Action", click and select the Call to Action. 
  8. Optional: Click the button text and/or color to customize.
  9. Under "Social Details", click the relevant platforms.

To customize the design:

  1. Open the platform
  2. Click App Market.
  3. Click WiseStamp.
  4. Click Open App.
  5. Click Design.
  6. Under "Templates", select a template.
  7. Under "Design", select the font type, template color, font size, image size and shape, and the social icons shape.
  8. Optional: Click to match social icons with the template color.

To customize the signoff:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click App Market.
  3. Click WiseStamp.
  4. Click Open App.
  5. Click More.
  6. Next to "Styled Signoff", click and select the signoff text.
  7. Under "Image Size", select the signoff size.
  8. Optional: Next to "Styled Signoff", click to disable.
  9. Under "Upload my Banner", click to enable.
  10. Click Upload.
  11. Select the relevant file.
  12. Under "Size", select the banner image size.
  13. Under "Banner Links to", enter the website link.
  14. Under "Disclaimer", click and select the disclaimer type.
  15. Optional: Click to disable.

Adding Your WiseStamp Signature

Add your WiseStamp signature to your email by clicking Add to Email, selecting your email platform, and following any prompts.

Staff Members

Wisestamp will now also be active for staff members. Staff members can edit the design and layout of their signature, but your business information will remain as is.

Uninstalling WiseStamp

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click App Market.
  3. Click WiseStamp.
  4. Click Uninstall.
  5. Confirm.
