Setting Up QuickBooks

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click App Market.
  3. Click QuickBooks.
  4. Click Install App.

  5. Select the items you want to sync. (Invoices, payments, customers, and/or products)
  6. Select the information you want to import. (Customers, custom fields, and/or items)
  7. Click Connect.
  8. Follow the prompts to log into QuickBooks.
  9. You may need to verify your identity via a text or email code. Enter the code as prompted.
  10. Follow the QuickBooks prompts.

Once the process is complete, you'll be directed back to your platform. The initial sync may take up to several hours to complete.

Important:

  • An invoice will only be created in QuickBooks if marked as “Paid” in the platform
  • We recommend that you have an email address associated with each QuickBooks client. If you do not, this could create duplicate clients in the platform
  • QuickBooks will only sync Inventory products and bundles, which require a "Plus-level" QuickBooks subscription
