Important: QuickBooks integration is only compatible with QuickBooks Online subscriptions. It does not support QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Setting Up QuickBooks
- Open the platform.
- Click App Market.
- Click QuickBooks.
- Click Install App.
- Select the items you want to sync. (Invoices, payments, customers, and/or products)
- Select the information you want to import. (Customers, custom fields, and/or items)
- Click Connect.
- Follow the prompts to log into QuickBooks.
- You may need to verify your identity via a text or email code. Enter the code as prompted.
- Follow the QuickBooks prompts.
Once the process is complete, you'll be directed back to your platform. The initial sync may take up to several hours to complete.
Important:
- An invoice will only be created in QuickBooks if marked as “Paid” in the platform
- We recommend that you have an email address associated with each QuickBooks client. If you do not, this could create duplicate clients in the platform
- QuickBooks will only sync Inventory products and bundles, which require a "Plus-level" QuickBooks subscription
