Discover how to attract clients, maximize bookings, and simplify projects by adding and defining client services.
There are 2 types of services:
1-on-1 appointment: A meeting with you and one client, such as initial consultations, meetings, and phone calls.
Group Event: An event led by you with multiple clients, such as a class, a workshop, or a webinar.
Once you set up your services, you can access them anytime by clicking Settings > My Services for future scheduling.
Note: There's no limit to the number of services you can create.
Adding 1-on-1 Appointments
To add 1-on-1 appointments:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click My Services.
- Click New Service.
- Select 1-on-1 Appointment.
- Choose location: Face to Face, Over the Phone, Online.
- Enter the appointment details.
- Optional: Click Advanced to adjust additional settings, such as booking options, client notifications, and your intake form.
- Click Create.
Adding Group Events
To add group events:
Important: For clients to be able to register for a group event, you must first schedule it on your calendar or it will not be booked.
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click My Services.
- Click New Service.
- Select Group Event.
- Choose location: Face to Face, Over the Phone, Online.
- Enter the event details.
- Optional: Click Advanced to adjust additional settings such as booking options, client notifications, and your intake form.
- Click Create.
Advanced Settings: Online Booking Options & Client Notifications
Online booking options and client notifications are service-specific to ensure flexibility in your scheduling.
To adjust settings for all services in these categories:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Click Online Booking Options or Auto Client Messages.
- Select your preferences.
- Changes will be saved automatically for "Online Booking" options. For "Auto Client Messages", click Save.
You can preview what online booking changes will look like for clients by clicking Preview as a Client at the top of the screen
