Set up your business hours, adjust your time zone and hour format, and update your hours when needed.
Set Date and Time Settings
Here are two key settings to help your calendar and scheduler work just right for you:
- Start week on: We set your week’s first day based on your country (like Monday in the US and Europe). This affects both your calendar and online scheduler views.
- My business is local, display all times for staff and clients in my own time zone: If you serve local clients only, check this box to show all times in your own time zone. If you work with remote clients, leave it unchecked to adjust to their time zones automatically.
To set date and time settings:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Select Availability & Calendar.
- Under the Business settings tab, enter your availability.
- Click the Save.
Customize Content Display
Content display is how your calendar looks and shows information so you can choose the view that works best for you.
To customize content display:
- Open the platform.
- Click Settings.
- Select Availability & Calendar.
- Click the Content display tab.
- Select your options.
- Click Save.
Set General Availability
The default schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can adjust this availability to match your business hours.
To set your general availability:
- Open the platform and
- Click Settings.
- Select Availability & Calendar.
- Click the General availability tab.
- Toggle dates on or off to set your availability.
- If turning a day on, click Add.
- Click the the edit icon
to change each day's time.
- Optional: Click the delete icon
to remove a day from your schedule.
Manage Staff Availability
Staff members can see and manage their own availability.
To mange a staff member's availability:
- Open the platform.
- Click on Settings.
- Click Staff.
- Select a staff member.
- Click on Advanced.
- Click Availability & Calendar.
- Click General availability.
- Adjust the times as needed.
Update Date-Specific Availability
Date-specific availability lets you make temporary changes for one-time events. The time slots you create or remove here will only apply once and won’t repeat weekly.
To update date-specific availability:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click the date you want to make changes to.
- Select Edit specific availability.
- Adjust the hours as needed.
Block Off Time
If you need to block off time for any reason, simply use the "Block off time" option.
To block off time:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click on the date you want to block off.
- Select Block off time.
- Adjust the details for your blocked time.
- Click Save.
Manage Availability in Calendar
You can find all these options right on the Calendar page.
To manage availability in Calendar:
- Open the platform.
- Click Calendar.
- Click the Settings icon
