Enable Notifications in the Mobile App

Receive real-time alerts on new leads, payments, and scheduling requests so you can respond quickly to client inquiries and never miss an opportunity.

Download the Platform App

To download:

  1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device.
  2. In the search bar, enter the name of the app.
  3. Tap Download.
  4. Log in to the app.

Activating Notifications

To activate notifications, first log into the platform's desktop/web version.

To activate notifications:

  1. Open the platform. 
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Notification Settings.
  4. Click System Notifications or Client Activity Updates.
  5. Check the notification type(s): "Email", "Mobile Push" and/or "In-App".
  6. At the top of the page, click Save.

Note: Not all notification types are available for every setting.
