How do I manage spam or block a client from contacting me?

If you are receiving unwanted booking requests or irrelevant contact requests, you can block a client from contacting you by marking them as spam. 

Mark Client as Spam

The client will stay in your client list but they won’t be able to contact you using the email on their client card. To block other email addresses, create a new client card for each one. Blocking by IP or MAC address isn’t supported.

To mark a client as spam:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Clients.
  3. Select the relevant client.
  4. Click More.
  5. Click Mark as Spam.
  6. Click OK.

Unmark Client as Spam

To unmark a client as spam:

  1. Open the platform.
  2. Click Clients.
  3. Select the relevant client.
  4. Click More.
  5. Click Unmark as Spam.
  6. Click OK.
